  • At Fairfield we believe in keeping pupils safe from and building their resilience to the risks of extremism and radicalisation.
  • At Fairfield we make pupils aware of how radicalisation can occur and learn about the fundamental British Values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs.
  • At Fairfield we create a safe environment in which pupils can debate controversial issues.

Fairfield Faith Day – Year 9

The Fairfield Faith Day is a long-standing Curriculum Experience day on the school calendar and helps support our pupils SMSC Education and understanding of British Values. Every year in July we invite leaders and speakers from different faiths to deliver sessions to our Year 9 pupils in which we celebrate the similarities and differences in our culture and beliefs. The photos below capture the essence of this important day in the Fairfield Curriculum.
